Grape skin extract, also known as grape skin red ENO。 Grape skin pigment is a natural food pigment extracted from grape skin, with a color ranging from red to dark purple. It belongs to the natural anthocyanin pigment class, which is safe, non-toxic, and contains certain nutritional components.
The chemical composition of red grape skins contains 25% to 50% polyphenols, mainly anthocyanins, resveratrol, and flavonoids. Grape skin red is an anthocyanin pigment.
